These terms govern the use of finances.inallweb.com and its services, operated by In All Web Lda. (NIPC 516 432 100, Porto).

Educational financial literacy platform in Portuguese. Provides calculators, simulators and informative content on personal finance, Portuguese taxation, credit, investment and retirement.

All content is educational. Calculators return estimates based on official tables (IRS 2026, Social Security, etc.) but: • We are not a financial advisor authorised by CMVM. We do not give binding personalised recommendations. • We are not a certified accountant (OCC). Tax estimates do not replace professional advice for formal declarations. • We are not a credit intermediary. We do not compare for sale or receive commissions on specific products. Financial decisions are your responsibility. For specific cases, consult a Certified Accountant, a CMVM-authorised financial advisor, or a Banco de Portugal licensed credit intermediary.

By using the service you agree to: • Enter accurate data in the calculators (they are for your educational benefit). • Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the service. • Not use the service for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith.

All content (texts, calculators, design, code) is the property of In All Web Lda. or licensed. You may consult and use the service for personal educational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without written authorisation.

The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of all estimates (tax, financial) — laws and tables change regularly. We are not liable for decisions made based on estimates, nor for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from use of the service.

We use subcontractors (Hetzner, Mautic, OpenReplay, Zeptomail, Cloudflare). Their respective terms apply when relevant. See privacy policy.

We may change these terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.

You may stop using the service at any time. When you create an account, you will be able to delete it from your dashboard.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Porto have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
